Salary: $124,000–161,000 Annual

What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and YouTube
• Manage agency relationships, campaigns, budgets, and performance
• Partner on executive content strategy for LinkedIn
• Lead paid social initiatives on LinkedIn and Meta to boost awareness and traffic
• Implement enterprise-wide social media governance and monitor compliance
• Coordinate approvals with Medical, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams
• Define and execute YouTube channel strategy
• Support internal communications and employee advocacy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years in social media strategy/management in pharma/healthcare
• Deep knowledge of pharma regulations and compliance for social content
• Experience managing agencies and multi-platform strategies
• Expertise in paid social on LinkedIn/Meta
• Strong understanding of content approval processes in regulated industries
• Analytical skills for KPIs, reporting, and campaign optimization
• Proficiency with social media tools, analytics, and AI-powered platforms
