Salary: $141,500 - $175,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead daily operations across the value stream, ensuring safety, standard adherence, and alignment with production plans.
• Manage critical value-stream KPIs including OTD, PPA, DPU, and material efficiency.
• Conduct daily Gemba walks and lead the Daily Management System, including tiered huddles and escalation processes.
• Plan and balance labor, skills, and resources to meet demand while maintaining flow and efficiency.
• Coach and develop supervisors and frontline teams through structured feedback and succession planning.
• Champion Lean manufacturing execution, utilizing single-piece flow, 5S, Kaizen, and Takt time optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technical discipline (Electrical preferred).
• Hands-on experience implementing Lean manufacturing in real production settings.
• Proven ability to lead operational change and drive adoption on the shop floor.
• Ability to work the second shift (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
