What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic plans to manage employee assignments, aligning with budgetary needs and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operational or field management, preferably in the elevator industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical comprehension skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Proven experience in leading, inspiring, and managing diverse teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Hamilton/Niagara and surrounding area.
• Competence in essential business software and adaptability to new technologies.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
