Salary: $75,000–$110,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Establish the parish and school content release calendar and prioritize development rhythms.
• Craft scripts and guided prayer experiences for pastors, educators, and faith leaders.
• Develop transformative series for sacramental preparation, discipleship, and evangelization programs.
• Produce supplemental materials responding to the specific needs of partners on the ground.
• Collaborate with Content, Product, and Marketing teams to integrate content into the hirify.global experience.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Catholic liturgy, sacramental life, and the liturgical year.
• Professional writing experience (3-5 years), ideally within a Catholic ministry, school, or parish context.
• Degree in theology, religious education, English, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, hit deadlines, and build efficient workflows.
• Willingness to travel for content production (1-2x per quarter) and in-person team meetings (2x per year).
