What you will do

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone of voice across all channels.
• Write high-converting copy for landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
• Own and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Analyze copy performance metrics like open rates and conversions to iterate on future work.
• Collaborate with content creators, illustrators, and animators on ad assets and video scripts.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high standards of writing.

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency required.
• Proven experience creating conversion-focused copy for large-scale campaigns at a fast-growth startup.
• Strong analytical skills combined with high creativity.
• Experience with email marketing, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
• Deep understanding of the publishing industry and writing craft.
