What you will do

• Define content themes, messaging frameworks, and programming strategies for brand, field, and community events.
• Lead end-to-end content strategy and execution for Collaborative, the company's flagship conference.
• Write and edit content for speaking sessions, executive presentations, panel discussions, and marketing materials.
• Identify, pitch, and secure keynote speakers, while managing the full speaker pipeline and preparation process.
• Collaborate with Communications and Product Marketing teams to align event content with business goals and brand voice.
• Analyze audience data and engagement metrics to continuously refine content strategy and session effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in content strategy, event content management, B2B marketing, or corporate communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven experience developing content for large-scale conferences and executive presentations.
• Experience working within the nonprofit or social sector.
• Proficiency in creating and editing presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
• Must be based in the United States (referenced by US salary range and 401k benefits).

• Familiarity with event production and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience with content marketing platforms and project management tools like ClickUp.
