Civil/Structural Engineer (AI/BIM)

hirify.global is engaging civil and structural engineering professionals for an AI training project focused on BIM modeling, engineering documentation, and design evaluation.

What you will do

• Create and review civil and structural drawings using Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Develop and manage accurate BIM models for complex projects.
• Export and validate IFC files for geometry, classification, and interoperability.
• Apply engineering standards and building codes while identifying constructability issues.
• Evaluate BIM workflows and provide structured technical feedback.
• Document design decisions and technical requirements clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional experience in civil or structural design and drawing production.
• 3+ years of hands-on BIM experience with Revit, ArchiCAD, or BlenderBIM.
• Experience with IFC export and validation, BIM modeling, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of Eurocode, ACI, ASCE, IS, or BS standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional engineering licensing.
• Experience with ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla, Navisworks, Solibri, or BIM scripting.
