What you will do

• Own department-level resourcing in partnership with finance, account, project management, and HR leads.
• Maintain data integrity and perform QA for the capacity planning tool.
• Lead regular resourcing meetings to ensure optimal talent utilization and resolve allocation conflicts.
• Identify skill gaps and cross-training opportunities to optimize client team structures.
• Manage team org charts, allocations, and coverage for PTO and internal projects.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment for freelance sourcing and projections.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creative resource management or production/project management within an agency.
• Strong grasp of the creative process and functional roles within an agency setting.
• Top-tier proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lead meetings, drive conversations, and resolve conflicts independently.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for storytelling.
• Location: Must be based in New York to support the hybrid work model.
