What you will do

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause.
• Assess symptoms and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Adhere to applicable clinical, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for virtual visits.

Requirements

• Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience.
• Experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy and GLP-1s.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during patient visits.
