What you will do

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause.
• Assess symptoms and develop, adjust, and manage treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications including hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Adhere to clinical, privacy, quality, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Ohio.
• Minimum 3 years of menopause care experience.
• Proven experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
