What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Channel Sales representatives to meet and exceed ARR targets.
  • Direct daily sales activities, including standups, pipeline reviews, and close analysis of sales statistics.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners to drive net new business.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and Customer Success leaders to align sales strategies and goals.
  • Forecast area pipeline health and ensure accurate revenue projections.
  • Recruit and interview candidates to build and scale the sales team.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Channel sales.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading teams of 8 or more employees.
  • Experience in IT Channel Sales, preferably within the SaaS domain.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Clearwater, Florida.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Cybersecurity, Cloud Email Security, or the general IT security industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.
