What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of airline accounts and execute strategic growth plans.
- Track partner performance and analyze results to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop initiatives aligned with partner business objectives.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives and insertion orders (I/Os) with airline partners.
- Act as a liaison between airline partners and internal teams to ensure a strong traveler experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline).
- Familiarity with the commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics of the LATAM travel ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Must be based in Mexico.
