What you will do

• Conduct outbound sales calls to convert leads into active policyholders for Auto and Home insurance.
• Manage billing and portfolio retention by securing pending payments and finalizing renewal documentation.
• Provide high-level client service and professional communication in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain precise documentation of all client interactions to support an accurate audit trail.
• Execute a persistent follow-up schedule to resolve all financial and administrative requirements for client coverage.

Requirements

• Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Solid professional background within the Auto or Home Insurance sectors.
• Proven ability to handle outbound sales calls and close deals.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM San Jose, CA Time.
