Location: Remote (USA) with extensive national travel (75%)

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 base + $25,000 target incentive

What you will do

• Deliver engaging, compliant seminars to teachers explaining product features and benefits.
• Generate quality leads and guide participants through the enrollment process.
• Partner with school staff to schedule, organize, and manage seminar logistics.
• Maintain required professional licenses and stay current with compliance and industry trends.
• Foster long-term relationships with educators through thoughtful follow-up and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine seminar content and enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Required: Property & Casualty license.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% across multiple states.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complex financial benefits.

• Life & Health licenses.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.
