• Prepare and coordinate LOP approval requests, tracking all pending correspondence.
• Perform consistent follow-ups with law firms via phone and email to secure approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide real-time updates on referral statuses.
• Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality and legal standards when handling sensitive data.

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience in legal, medical, or personal injury environments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM or case management software, preferably MyCase.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle high-volume communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
