What you will do
- Process and update Closed Won deals in Salesforce, ensuring accurate MRR and NRR values.
- Review and manage contract buyout requests for compliance with company policies.
- Manage and assign cases to analysts based on workload and daily priorities.
- Respond to Sales team inquiries regarding deal status, data entry, and processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support reporting and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or data-focused role.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
