What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led seminars and on-site training programs on environmental and safety regulations.
• Conduct environmental compliance audits, inspections, and support permitting activities.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and computer-based training (CBT) modules.
• Assist in business development and the creation of new training offerings based on market opportunities.
• Act as a technical resource for internal and external clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Research and evaluate new regulations, services, and products to keep offerings current.

Requirements

• Degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, chemistry, or a related science.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the environmental field.
• 2 years of experience specifically in environmental compliance.
• Demonstrated experience delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of RCRA hazardous waste and DOT hazardous materials transportation regulations.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including domestic and occasional international trips (7–10 days per month).

Nice to have

• Expertise in IATA / IMO transportation regulations.
• Knowledge of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and Clean Air Act (CAA).
• Experience with OSHA General Industry and HAZWOPER.
