What you will do

• Conduct wetland delineations and assessments.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, memos for project planning and permitting.
• Manage projects and lead permitting and regulatory tasks.
• Perform wildlife habitat, botanical assessments, and species-specific surveys if qualified.
• Mentor staff and apply situational awareness for in-field safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher in Biology, Ecology, Soil Science, Hydrology, Environmental Science, or related.
• Minimum 5 years full-time wetland delineation experience.
• Wisconsin DNR Assured Wetland Delineator credentials.
• Knowledge of WDNR and USACE wetland regulations.
• Familiarity with Trimble and ESRI products; MS Office competency.
• Valid driver's license; ability to pass drug screen; field work 8+ hours/day carrying 25 lbs.
