Salary: £61,601 - £74,963

What you will do

• Collaborate on ER, Occupational Health, and Policy strategies across departments.
• Provide specialist advice on people change projects, policy benchmarking, and local HR policy implementation.
• Analyse ER data to inform business decisions and manage reputational risks.
• Build relationships with trade unions and stakeholders, supporting negotiations and tribunals.
• Lead settlement agreements and coach managers on attendance, capability, disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement via digitisation, automation, and ER learning interventions.

Requirements

• CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of employment law, including TUPE, tribunals, and settlement agreements.
• Proven experience managing complex ER cases in diverse environments.
• Strong analytical skills, influencing, and relationship-building across all levels.
• Proficient in HR systems and digital tools with a commercial mindset.
• Effective multi-tasker with strong written communication skills.
