What you will do
- Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for leadership, management, and business-critical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closeout.
- Build targeted sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and talent mapping to engage leadership candidates and develop pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define roles, calibrate expectations, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
- Track and optimize pipeline health, conversion rates, interview velocity, and time-to-fill using data-driven recommendations.
- Deliver thoughtful, human-centered candidate experiences with clear communication and engagement at every stage.
- Collaborate with Talent Attractors, experiment with interview structures, and integrate AI tools for sourcing, screening, and efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startup or scaleup environments.
- Experience owning independent searches and growing into leadership hiring.
- Proficiency in structured recruiting processes, sourcing channels, and data-informed funnel management.
- Strong partnering skills with hiring managers to define requirements, align timelines, and flag risks.
- Clear communication, adaptability across functions, and deep care for candidate experience and hiring quality.
