Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition (GTM): Leading the recruiting function for the entire go-to-market motion across North America, EMEA, and LATAM with an accent on scaling the Revenue organization and managing a team of Talent Partners. What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Talent Partners covering Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • Own the full Revenue hiring plan, including sourcing strategy, capacity modeling, and weekly pipeline management.
  • Manage the operating cadence with the CRO and Revenue leadership through data-driven dashboards and pipeline reviews.
  • Build and scale the international hiring engine for expansion into EMEA and LATAM markets.
  • Drive interview quality and bar discipline by owning loop structures, role-plays, and scorecard calibration.
  • Optimize internal sourcing capacity and tooling to reduce reliance on external contingency agencies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Revenue/GTM recruiting, with 3+ years leading recruiter teams at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building pipelines across the full GTM stack, from SDR to Sales Leadership.
  • Experience with international hiring, specifically in the UK and EMEA, with LATAM experience as a strong plus.
  • Strong operational instincts for pipeline reporting, capacity modeling, and quarterly forecasting.
  • Experience scaling structured interview processes and enforcing debrief standards.
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred) and GTM sourcing tools.
