What you will do

• Proactively source for AI and engineering roles, building targeted lists and running focused sourcing sprints.
• Manage end-to-end candidate communications, including scheduling and coordinating interview loops.
• Maintain clean and accurate records in the Ashby ATS to ensure pipeline visibility.
• Screen inbound and sourced candidates to identify well-qualified profiles for hiring managers.
• Implement and scale the use of AI sourcing agents and automated outreach tasks.
• Support offer logistics, including reference checks and tracking offer status.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience sourcing and screening technical talent (Software, AI/ML engineers).
• Proven active use of AI tools for recruiting (sourcing agents, automated outreach, AI screening).
• Technical fluency in AI engineering concepts such as LLMs, agents, RAG, and evals.
• Strong written communication skills for personalized candidate outreach.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, low-structure environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience specifically recruiting for AI/ML engineering roles.
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS platforms.
• Existing network in AI engineering communities within the US or Canada.
• Experience with sourcing automation tools like Clay or Apollo.
