Compensation: $50–$65 per hour

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to build sourcing strategies and execute workforce plans.
• Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across Engineering and Product functions.
• Facilitate and lead interview training for the business to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Use data-driven insights and knowledge of the competitive landscape to iterate on recruiting strategies.
• Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of successful multi-year full-cycle recruiting results.
• Experience building relationships with executive leaders and closing senior-level roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience contributing to global recruiting projects.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New Westminster, BC office.
