What you will do

• Administer and maintain sales operational systems, tools, and web-based content for specific customer segments or business units.
• Implement and configure sales tools, tracking systems, and partner web portal content.
• Manage and ensure the accuracy of data within CRM and partner relationship management systems.
• Produce and analyze regular and ad hoc reports to identify trends and perform root-cause analysis for data issues.
• Communicate issues to stakeholders and implement changes to improve operational efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales support functions, ideally within the IT industry.
• Thai speaking is mandatory.
• Mastery of English and local language.
• Experience administering and maintaining sales tools, systems, and online resources.
• Strong analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills.
