What you will do

• Coordinate scheduling, interviews, and conference room bookings for the Global Talent Acquisition team.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, providing itineraries and handling inquiries.
• Maintain and update candidate data within the Greenhouse ATS.
• Conduct reference and background checks as required.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to ensure successful onboarding.
• Proofread and refine job descriptions prior to publication.

• Must be based in or able to work in Salt Lake City, Utah for hybrid office attendance.
• Strong interest in developing a career in recruiting and talent acquisition.
