TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Lead (Fintech): Leading the non-tech hiring function across Product and Analytics with an accent on data-informed delivery and AI automation. Focus on developing Talent Partners, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and optimizing the candidate experience.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London (2-3 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners, owning their performance and growth.
  • Drive team delivery using pipeline, funnel, and output metrics to make data-informed changes.
  • Build and maintain independent relationships with senior leaders, including the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Own the hiring plan for non-tech functions including Product, Analytics, Operations, and Corporate.
  • Drive the AI and automation agenda within TA to reduce friction and increase speed.
  • Manage a personal requisition load for complex or high-priority roles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and developing a TA team with a track record of improving output.
  • Direct experience hiring into Product or Analytics disciplines.
  • Ability to use data as a management tool to drive specific outcomes.
  • Experience operating independently and influencing decisions at the executive level.
  • Professional background in tech or fintech environments.
  • Active curiosity and evidence of experimenting with AI and automation in recruitment.
