What you will do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide a best-in-class hiring experience.
- Support employer branding, including writing job adverts and promoting internal mobility.
- Drive the end-to-end performance cycle, including goal setting, in-year reviews, and continuous feedback.
- Use data and insights to track performance trends and inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in Talent Acquisition across both tech and non-tech roles.
- Experience hiring globally, specifically in Europe and the US.
- Experience designing or improving Performance Management frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Hibob.
- Proven ability to deliver People initiatives at pace within a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment.
