What you will do

• Lead the regional Talent Acquisition function, owning both delivery and the adoption of AI as a core operating standard.
• Drive the integration of AI tools such as Workday, Paradox, Metaview, Textio, and TalentNeuron into the recruitment lifecycle.
• Scale high-performing teams of TA Partners by managing managers and setting standards for data-driven execution.
• Analyze end-to-end talent pipelines, including candidate flow and funnel conversion patterns, to improve hiring decisions.
• Partner with People & Culture and Diversity & Inclusion leaders to identify gaps and drive targeted interventions.
• Ensure all AI-enabled recruitment practices comply with global regulatory and privacy standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience across in-house and agency environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and geographically distributed teams.
• Proven track record of driving AI adoption at scale within recruitment workflows.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret pipeline data and translate it into actionable hiring strategies.
• Experience using talent intelligence platforms such as TalentNeuron or Draup.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of global recruitment guidelines across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Prior experience supporting recruitment during merger and acquisition (M&A) integrations.
