What you will do
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery and concept development through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals, financial outcomes, and market opportunities.
- Partner with design teams to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences that balance detail and vision.
- Lead cross-functional readiness with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product adoption.
- Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to continuously refine offerings.
- Mentor and develop product talent, fostering high-performing and accountable teams.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of product management experience, including ownership of major product lines or portfolios.
- Proven experience defining and executing product strategy in complex, data-driven environments.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect product decisions to business and financial outcomes.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and simplification of complex topics.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or complex enterprise software environments is a plus.
