What you will do

• Develop and refine the Product Goal aligned with AI-driven outcomes and business value.
• Own and prioritize a transparent Product Backlog, balancing AI initiatives with core product maintenance.
• Define and track business value for AI-enabled features, including automation and customer experience improvements.
• Collaborate with AI and data science teams to shape use cases into well-defined epics and user stories.
• Translate complex AI concepts into understandable product requirements for delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure AI solutions are implemented responsibly, focusing on explainability, transparency, and bias mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 6 or more years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to write clear and precise Scrum user stories.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum@Scale.
• Must be a US applicant.

Nice to have

• Experience in Product Innovation, Design thinking, or CX/UX.
• Familiarity with working in a SaaS environment.
• PSM/PSPO or SAFe POPM certifications.
