What you will do

  • Drive incremental innovation and improvements for revenue cycle payment products based on the product vision and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and UX/UI, to manage and report on product release impacts.
  • Lead prioritization of the self-pay, payment gateway, and billing backlogs to maximize business value delivery.
  • Shape a scalable, API-driven payment architecture with a strong focus on security and HIPAA/PCI compliance.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Use SQL to explore data, validate hypotheses, and support analytical workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner role.
  • 2+ years of experience with healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience with payments technology.
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
