Salary: $140,000–$190,000 a year

What you will do

  • Plan and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across paid media, ABM, email, content syndication, SEO/SEM, and webinars.
  • Build targeted programs for high-priority industries and accounts using 1:many and 1:few ABM approaches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Content, Product Marketing, and Events teams to align messaging and launch GTM campaigns.
  • Test, optimize, and report on campaign performance using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and 6sense.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that convert leads into pipeline.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense).
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data, building reports, and driving decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
