TL;DR

People Operations Specialist (HR Operations): Managing employee lifecycle workflows and benefits administration within a cybersecurity SaaS environment with an accent on compliance, HRIS coordination, and process improvement. Focus on optimizing onboarding/offboarding, managing vendor relations for benefits, and executing culture initiatives.

Location: Remote (US); must be able to work during EST to PST business hours

hirify.global is a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company providing a virtual workspace platform that enables secure mobile access with zero data on the endpoint.

What you will do

  • Own new hire onboarding workflows, including documentation, system provisioning, and HRIS coordination in BambooHR.
  • Manage benefits administration tasks, enrollment tracking, and vendor coordination with Fidelity, Cigna, Flores, and Bennie.
  • Maintain and improve people team documentation, compliance records, and internal knowledge in Confluence.
  • Drive assigned people programs and culture initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Support offboarding logistics, exit documentation, and compliance tracking to improve overall processes.

Requirements

  • Active SkillBridge eligibility with commanding officer approval and within transition window.
  • Must be based in the US and have a reliable home office setup.
  • Background in people operations or military HR (e.g., 42A or equivalent MOS).
  • Strong writing and communication skills for drafting policies and documentation.
  • High attention to detail regarding compliance records, forms, and HRIS data.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or running people programs, culture initiatives, or employee engagement efforts.
