TL;DR

Strategic Partnerships Manager (Salesforce): Managing and developing relationships with regional systems integrators to build a growth engine for the hirify.global platform with an accent on partner-led opportunities and GTM activities. Focus on building high-value strategic alliances, educating partners on DevOps concepts, and driving lead generation through the Salesforce ecosystem.

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: Base salary up to $155k plus variable component

What you will do

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key regional systems integrators (RSIs).
  • Provide partners with necessary education, resources, and support to promote hirify.global products to their clients.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment for regional partners.
  • Drive joint GTM activities, events, and campaigns to convert partner-referred leads into opportunities.
  • Build deep expertise in Salesforce partner ecosystem and DevOps concepts to act as a value specialist.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles (Alliances, Sales, Account Management) for a SaaS company in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated track record of forming successful partnerships with Regional SIs.
  • Existing active relationships within the regional systems integrator community.
  • Ability to engage effectively at the executive level and deliver meaningful results.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across North America and Europe.
