What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting into priority health systems to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Execute targeted account-based prospecting campaigns for complex enterprise healthcare organizations.
- Research market dynamics and healthcare stakeholders to create highly personalized outreach messaging.
- Qualify early-stage leads and conduct discovery conversations before transitioning them to Sales.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development within SaaS or HealthTech.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Demonstrated success prospecting into complex enterprise accounts or hospitals.
- Strong self-direction and ability to manage pipeline independently.
- Capability to communicate value to senior healthcare stakeholders.
- Research-driven mindset toward prospecting rather than high-volume reliance.

- Experience with AI-driven sales automation or prospecting tools.
- Proven record of cross-functional collaboration with Product or Marketing teams.
