TL;DR

Partnership Development Representative (HealthTech): Developing a strategic sales pipeline for a healthcare AI platform with an accent on account-based engagement and relationship building within large health systems. Location: Remote within the USA; Hybrid expectation for San Mateo, CA-based employees (3 days/week in-office).

Compensation: $75,000–$105,000 OTE (base + commission).

What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting into priority health systems to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Execute targeted account-based prospecting campaigns for complex enterprise healthcare organizations.
  • Research market dynamics and healthcare stakeholders to create highly personalized outreach messaging.
  • Qualify early-stage leads and conduct discovery conversations before transitioning them to Sales.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development within SaaS or HealthTech.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting into complex enterprise accounts or hospitals.
  • Strong self-direction and ability to manage pipeline independently.
  • Capability to communicate value to senior healthcare stakeholders.
  • Research-driven mindset toward prospecting rather than high-volume reliance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-driven sales automation or prospecting tools.
  • Proven record of cross-functional collaboration with Product or Marketing teams.
