Location: Hybrid in Nashville, Tennessee or Downers Grove, Illinois - at least four full days each week in an office
Salary: $65,000 to $70,000/year

What you will do
- Identify, develop, and deepen partnerships with centers of influence in insurance, including client distribution and field personnel.
- Develop and implement sales and retention strategies to enhance 's penetration in the insurance market.
- Represent and position 's investment strategies, differentiating from competitors.
- Partner with accounts, marketing, and client service to align on business strategy and overcome challenges.
- Conduct practice management and capital market presentations for insurance clients.
- Build and monitor a COI list based on quantitative and qualitative scoring, and implement territory sales plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, with significant focus on marketing insurance products
- Series 7 & 63 required
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Track record of developing strategic business plans, client segmentation, and internal networking
- Deep understanding of insurance products (VA, FIA, structured) and competitive landscape
- Exceptional public speaking, consultative approach, and growth mindset
Nice to have
- CIMA, CFP, CFA, or CAIA designation
