Relationship Manager, Asset Managers - Assistant Vice President / Vice President (Alternative Investments): Assist with ongoing relationship management and business development for existing GP clients, prospect new clients, and support the GP client coverage team with an accent on strategic client interactions, platform demos, and internal projects. Focus on cultivating key relationships, preparing RFPs and pitches, collaborating on fund launches, and driving sales strategy initiatives.
Location: Hybrid in Greenwich, Connecticut, United States (office Monday-Thursday, remote Friday)
Salary: $115,000 to $175,000 base + equity + annual performance bonus

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day existing GP client relationships, including ad hoc requests, platform demos, training, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Educate clients on firmwide developments like platform enhancements and new offerings.
- Prospect and pitch new clients, prepare RFPs, and develop 3-4 key relationships over time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fund launches, closes, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop presentations and analysis for client meetings, internal projects, and team strategy.
- Lead internal projects on sales strategy, CRM technology, marketing, and GP client coverage processes.
Requirements
- 6-10+ years in client-facing roles (client services, account management, sales, or business development)
- Knowledge of the alternative investments industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic mindset, ability to work independently, and strong client service skills
- Detail-oriented with prioritization in fast-paced environment
- Experience in project management preferred; Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
