• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and weekly activity metrics.
• Manage complex inbound and outbound sales inquiries and qualify strategic leads.
• Develop comprehensive sales quotes and proposals using consultative selling techniques.
• Resolve highly complex customer issues and collaborate across departments for large-scale orders.
• Implement territory planning and maintain accurate forecasting within the CRM.
• Mentor and guide junior associates and peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant sales experience.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a comparable role.
• Proven track record in consultative sales and making professional presentations to clients.
• Proficiency with online presentation tools such as MS Teams, WebEx, and ZoomInfo.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM tools and analytical data interpretation.
• Must be able to work from the Coppell, TX office.
