TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (at least 3 days per week in-office)

Salary: $79,000 – $138,000

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients as a trusted advisor for Investor Relations solutions.
  • Drive client retention through proactive engagement, regular business reviews, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure hirify.global IR solutions deliver measurable ROI and business impact for clients.
  • Identify and mitigate client risk while developing effective retention and engagement strategies.
  • Expand client relationships through strategic cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Undergo continuous industry training to maintain hirify.global’s position as a global IR partner.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with executive-level clients, including CFOs and IROs.
  • Ability to effectively convey the hirify.global IR Solutions value proposition tailored to client objectives.
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities to reinforce the ROI of provided solutions.
  • Deep business acumen and comprehensive knowledge of Investor Relations.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA to support the hybrid work requirement.
