What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients as a trusted advisor for Investor Relations solutions.
- Drive client retention through proactive engagement, regular business reviews, and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure IR solutions deliver measurable ROI and business impact for clients.
- Identify and mitigate client risk while developing effective retention and engagement strategies.
- Expand client relationships through strategic cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Undergo continuous industry training to maintain βs position as a global IR partner.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with executive-level clients, including CFOs and IROs.
- Ability to effectively convey the IR Solutions value proposition tailored to client objectives.
- Strong operational and analytical abilities to reinforce the ROI of provided solutions.
- Deep business acumen and comprehensive knowledge of Investor Relations.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA to support the hybrid work requirement.
