What you will do
- Coordinate with sales, legal, product, and customer experience teams to scope projects and establish customer pricing while overseeing profitability and approvals.
- Provide guidance on pricing strategies, handle special pricing requests, and manage large opportunities independently.
- Prepare and present pricing alternatives to leadership, partner on approval matrices, and roll out new processes organization-wide.
- Manage deal estimation requests including meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups; solicit inputs from professional services on financials and resourcing.
- Develop order forms, SOWs, and RFP responses; review financial data for risks and defend recommendations using business judgment.
- Monitor process adherence, resolve issues, contribute to feedback on market pricing and customer roadblocks, and handle escalations.
Requirements
- Advanced English communication (written and oral)
- 5+ years experience or Bachelor’s in related field; advanced skills in pricing/commercial terms, AI process integration, analytical thinking, time management, and project estimation.
- Advanced knowledge of CPQ systems, AI tools, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project), and diagramming tools like Visio.
- Understanding of project management methodologies; ability to collaborate autonomously, handle multiple priorities, and analyze project impacts.
- For Quebec candidates: French required for permanent posts; English necessary for communication with clients/partners/colleagues outside Quebec
