What you will do

• Architect intelligent alert systems to notify sales teams of high-intent signals and facilitate optimal engagement.
• Build automated revenue systems utilizing AI, data enrichment, and workflow automation for BD, Sales, and CS.
• Create and maintain scalable GTM data pipelines integrating sources into HubSpot, Clay, and Snowflake.
• Run end-to-end experiments from hypothesis and design to implementation and measurement.

Requirements

• Engineering experience working with complex technologies, varied datasets, and building AI-driven productivity solutions.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and event flows within a modern B2B SaaS GTM stack.
• Deep understanding of B2B sales motions, especially for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Technical fluency combined with a commercial bias and an experimental mindset.
• Must be able to work hybrid from the New York or Berlin office.
