What you will do

• Design and implement innovative software systems and public-facing APIs focusing on scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Mentor mid-to-senior level hirify.globalers to ensure high software quality and robustness.
• Lead key initiatives to improve system efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
• Work on specific team goals, such as building auction-based pricing hirify.globals or managing Auth0 identity integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and maintaining highly available distributed systems.
• Proven track record of building consumer-grade APIs with versioning and rate limiting.
• Strong proficiency in software design principles and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Kotlin, and AWS.
