What you will do

• Design, build, and operate a greenfield AI-enabled revenue engine from the ground up.
• Architect data systems and processes to determine targeting, engagement timing, and outreach strategy.
• Build intelligent workflows to automate account prioritization, prospect research, and campaign execution.
• Develop automations that eliminate manual work and significantly increase AE and SDR productivity.
• Execute iterative sprints to ship, learn, and refine systems based on data.
• Collaborate directly with the CRO to translate strategic goals into technical leverage for pipeline generation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in GTM functions, including territory design, coverage models, and AE/SDR ROE.
• Proven track record of building complex systems that integrate data and automation (not just optimizing existing ones).
• Experience deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Proficiency in no-code and low-code automation tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain high ownership in a remote environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
