What you will do

• Develop and maintain technical pre-sales relationships with corporate prospects to ensure product adoption.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Sales team to map business requirements to product features and conduct live demonstrations.
• Guide customers in integrating hirify.global into existing DevOps pipelines, code deployment options, and network infrastructure.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and challenges with internal product and engineering teams.
• Develop best practices for product usage and facilitate workshops to improve customer success and retention.
• Provide technical insights and competitive analysis to help refine sales strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting or consultative selling (or equivalent degree + experience).
• Business level proficiency in both French and English.
• Must be based in France.
• Proficiency in enterprise software development and application security practices.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience in technical consultative selling.
• Experience in digital transformation using software modernization.
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA tools, including hirify.global Advanced Security and CodeQL.
