Location: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in Paris, France)

What you will do
- Define and optimize French sales and success playbooks for partner acquisition and long-term engagement.
- Implement localized onboarding and retention flows to ensure partner satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to align local priorities with global expansion goals and deliver on growth KPIs.
- Establish scalable processes and ways of working to support the sustainability of the partner network.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with major partners and act as a role model for the team.
- Analyze performance metrics from outbound to retention to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Sales or Account Management leadership, preferably in high-growth startups, HR-tech, or the fitness industry.
- Languages: Native-level French and fluent English.
- Proven ability to build processes and workflows in undefined market environments.
- Strong commercial judgment for handling complex business negotiations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Excel for data-driven decision making.
- Experience as a supportive and direct people manager.
