What you will do
- Support Sales teams by providing insights, expertise, and tools to better handle large enterprise and public sector customers.
- Analyze prospect needs and assess functional alignment with 's offerings and capabilities.
- Lead and collaborate on RFP, RFI, and RFQ submissions with Sales, Insurance, and Product experts.
- Evangelize services and products throughout the customer acquisition journey.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence and feed the platform roadmap.
- Coordinate and manage the most complex customer onboardings based on specific requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Deep experience in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
- Ability to perform requirements elicitation and active listening to identify root causes of customer concerns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to handle objections in complex environments.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Must be based in France.
Nice to have
- Experience in the French Public Sector.
- Knowledge of HRIS ecosystems and Payroll solutions.
- Experience in Insurance or Health platforms.
