TL;DR

People Generalist R&D: Support delivery of People priorities for a senior organization of 300 Product Management employees with an accent on HR data analysis, performance management, and employee relations. Focus on analyzing HR trends, managing performance cases end-to-end, coaching managers, and partnering with HRBPs and COEs.

Location: Remote US, not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Salary: $96,640–$142,000 (varies by state; specific ranges for CO, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, VT, WA D.C., NY, NJ, WA, CA regions).

What you will do

  • Partner with HRBP team to support program roll-outs and process execution for R&D function.
  • Analyze HR data and trends (headcount, attrition, performance) to generate insights and reports for leadership.
  • Own performance management cases end-to-end, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Coach managers through performance processes, providing advice and documentation support.
  • Execute ad hoc projects, business initiatives like re-orgs, and maintain annual program calendar.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Management, IT, ER, HR operations, and others.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in an HR role partnering with an R&D org.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Decisive problem solver with self-starter attitude in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive confidential issues and make procedural decisions.
  • AI-enabled efficiency through strategic use of AI tools.
  • Growth mindset, process improvement focus, and employee-centric communication.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
