Product Manager (User Authentication)

Product Manager (User Authentication): Shaping the strategy and execution of the User Authentication domain to create fast, intuitive, and secure entry points for millions of users with an accent on sign-up/sign-in flows and conversion optimization. Focus on reducing friction, ensuring global scalability, and balancing security with user experience.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (Poland), Tallinn (Estonia), or Bucharest (Romania). At least 12 monthly in-office days required.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end sign-up and sign-in experience across all hirify.global personas and products.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the authentication domain.
• Conduct research and data analysis to discover user problems and validate ideas.
• Design and run large-scale experiments to increase conversion and reduce friction.
• Ensure compliance with security, fraud, and privacy requirements while preserving UX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and security.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering business impact at scale.
• Expertise in authentication, identity, security, onboarding, or platform domains.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making and experimentation.
• Technical fluency to navigate architectural trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Daily use of AI tools to optimize workflow and productivity is a baseline expectation.
