What you will do

• Own Application Intelligence across App Discovery, HEART Analytics, and Portfolio Overview.
• Develop outcome-linked metrics to connect usage data to business outcomes like cost savings and compliance risk.
• Design high-level analytics that provide actionable answers for time-poor executives.
• Define the integration strategy to combine behavioral data with SAM tools, IT asset management, and HR systems.
• Establish metrics to measure how AI assistants and agents impact productivity, cost, and ROI.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of product management experience specifically with data/analytics products.
• Proven track record of building analytics for executives and senior leaders.
• Experience working in enterprise B2B environments (Healthcare experience is a strong plus).
• Strong ability to start with business questions and decision-making needs rather than raw data.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
