What you will do

• Own the Lab bet portfolio: size opportunities, set entry/exit criteria, and make scale/iterate/kill decisions.
• Frame and run fast experiments around riskiest assumptions using prototypes, no-code, or pilots.
• Synthesize results into recommendations, kill underperforming ideas, and prepare handoffs for scaling bets.
• Source and manage lighthouse pilots with partners and GTM teams.
• Build a repeatable Lab Operating System with reviews, demos, and post-mortems.
• Leverage AI tools for research, prototyping, and exploring AI-enabled product ideas.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Russian
• 8–10+ years in Product with 0→1 track record owning high-risk bets with go/kill decisions
• 3+ years managing PMs as player-coach
• Fluency in validation tools: discovery, prototypes, MVPs
• Cross-functional leadership across Eng/Design/Analytics/GTM
• Hands-on AI experience: prototyping with LLMs/APIs, scoping experiments, build/buy decisions

Nice to have

• Ex-founder with ship/scale/kill outcomes
• Payments, fintech, e-commerce, or nonprofit experience
• EU market familiarity (PSD2/SCA, data/privacy)
